Welcome to Royal Tahitien, your “home away from home” in Pirae. Royal Tahitien strives to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, which is why so many guests return year after year. The Royal Tahitien hotel is situated between a three-hectare tropical garden and Moorea’s lagoon. For its Polynesian ambiance from the 1960s, the hotel is one of the most well-known. The Royal Tahitien was chosen by French Polynesia’s art of living. The hotel restaurant Le Royal Tahitien, located on the eastern coast 3 kilometers (2 miles) from downtown Papeete, offers a spectacular panoramic view of the volcanic black sand beach and a little pass where local fisherman come and go for fishing. Every inch of your vacation is infused with the spirit of Tahiti. On Fridays and Saturdays at the end of the day, the bar is changed into a Tahitian dance party with ukulele music. The fun doesn’t stop in Pirae.
One suite, ten studios, and 28 ordinary rooms are available at Hotel Le Royal Tahitien. They were renovated in 2013 and now provide modern comfort in a historic environment. All of the rooms are air conditioned and have views of a lovely park. A direct-dial telephone, a safe, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and coffee and tea service are all included in the rooms.
Our restaurant is decorated in a classic style with a special tahitian ceiling. Our chef de cuisine is well-versed in both regional and international cuisines. Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., there is a Happy Hour. A big tropical garden with a little river full of eels, turtles, and fish is can also be seen at the hotel. Tahiti, commonly referred to as a “transit destination,” is not to be overlooked. In fact, she provides all of the activities available in French Polynesia.
