CMG Direct forwards all offers directly to our clients. CMG Direct allows clients to negotiate the sale or rental of their property without taking any commissions or brokerage fees. CMG Direct does not provide real estate services, but can refer owners to licensed closing agents if requested. The client understands that they are paying for ninety (90) days of marketing and advertising on our website and social media campaigns.
Any request to cancel services with CMG DIRECT must be submitted within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of the date of the executed agreement via phone at 1-800-417-2075 or in writing via email to
support@cmgdirect.org.
